The Indians, mostly think to live in their respective houses, because everyone wants privacy. When we study about infrastructure growth, European comes first. They are developing housing society and commercial places in such a way, in which their own agricultural land is not wasted. If we focus our mind on France then we find that shops and companies offices are in multi-story buildings and families are living at sharing floors based houses happily without disturbing each other. But unwillingly, we disrupt the privacy of people. That’s why we want independent home.
But when our attention goes towards our growing population, then it forces us to think. Firstly, to fulfil the demand of comestible food, we did deforestation. And now we are consuming the agricultural land to satisfy the demand for the living. We have examples of many towns such as Mohali, where GMADA is making an acquisition of agricultural land for developing housing societies. The matter is, “How much, we are saving agricultural land for our future generation for their primary survival?” If we have not any planned yet, then, there is no doubt that due to this they will have to face the severe situation like starvation.
Though, we become late, but If we are ready to learn and implement even now, then we can organize future for upcoming generations. Although several realtors are developing high rising apartments already, but they are taking much in finalization. And construction materials and interior are not as same as told initially, hence people are looking for plots. There are several apartments which are fully developed, but realtors are unable to sell all flats after many years.
In the last one year, the real industry has become constant after the slowdown. After lots of happenings now few companies are coming in the form of G+1, G+2, G+3 western based housing societies which make them unique. Interior and exteriors are same as any country like Germany, France, Spain, Russia, etc.. If you enter in such society you feel that you are in a particular country. Now, In Mohali, 2BHK and 3BHK flats in kharar at Kharar-Landran road, exists with unique identification which is affordable for medium buyers. The resultant is buyers are coming to buy the flats rapidly.
No doubt, flats are the future for our families, if we consider it now then we will be able to save agricultural land, and forests for our upcoming generation for their happy and healthy life.
